Life is sweet...like honey.

My husband and I, we believe that using our gifts to create and share with those around us is the path to peace in our lives. These gifts are from our heavenly Father; He designed us to give our gifts humbly, as a way to bless others; and this is possibly one way in which we can do this.

Ten Easy and Delicious Salads

Ten Easy and Delicious Salads

Salads, mmmm, so delicious to eat, and not so fun to make.

I am L A Z Y when it comes to making a salad. When I'm at the store I'll buy all of the ingredients and weeks later, they'll have expired in the fridge. Nobody else in the household will eat the salad. To cut everything up and serve just myself when I still have to make "normal" food just isn't realistic. (Sam doesn't consider salad to be food. Haha.)

In hopes of encouraging myself, and you, to make more salads (and realize it's really not that complicated) here is a list of ten simple salads. Plus, Ester can technically eat most of the ingredients aside from the greens...so I should stop making excuses. :)

Click the photos to be directed to the recipes. And, if you have a simple salad recipe please share with us in the comments below.

Arugula, Parmesan, Lemon + Olive Oil

Peach, Feta + Pecan

Cucumber + Dill

Beets, Goat Cheese + Walnuts

Cucumber, Strawberry + Poppyseed

And...one of my favorites...one day I'll actually post this recipe...
