Returns And Exchanges Policy

Hurd and Honey gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

1. Contact Hurd and Honey (info@hurdandhoney.com) within 14 days of delivery

2. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

To cancel your order and receive a refund, you must:

• Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Hurd and Honey can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
